Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I choose handmade?
The majority of titanium companies do one of two things, buy mass produced items from China and re-sell or they create many items per day by popping a piece of metal into a computerized machine. These very expensive and soulless machines drill and carve while the human does what, takes a nap? Eats lunch? Watches a syndicated episode of CSI? Where's the fun in that? Granted, CSI is pretty entertaining, but that is not what you should be paying for.
Choosing handmade means that the person who is making your ring had to take the time and gain the skill to do it themselves. That persons care and attention to detail makes all the difference in the world. In a society that constantly imports and buys mass produced everything, we think it is important to keep true human craftsmanship alive.
You can be sure that if you buy a ring from us that it is 100% made by us and our hands, for YOU.
Titanium is scratch resistant, right?
Well, no. Titanium is very strong, so strong in fact that you could have an elephant in a 4x4 truck run over it and it would survive. Well, probably. Please do not go buy an elephant and try to make him drive over your ring. That would be dangerous and elephants are very sensitive creatures. Ok, so what I am saying is that titanium is strong and durable. Arguably the most durable metal you can buy. But, it is not resistant to scratches. It will not gouge or lose its shape like softer metals including, silver, gold and platinum. It will also never tarnish. Your ring will get light scratches on it over time from normal wear and tear. Eventually your ring will have a lovely patina.
*Please keep in mind when ordering rings that are inlaid with precious metals, that gold and silver are much softer than titanium. They are long lasting and durable, but they may need a gentler touch than titanium alone. So you may want to remove your ring before using the wood chipper or assembling that new swing set you bought for your kids.
What is your shipping/return/refund/exchange policy?
We stand by every ring we make! If you are dissatisfied with your ring for any reason*, we are happy to re-make the ring in the same size free of charge. Just ship the ring back to us, and once we have received it, we will begin making your new piece! Or if you prefer, we will give you a full refund. In order to receive a refund or re-make, the original ring must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in the condition in which it was originally shipped.
*Please know your size before you order! All rings are precision made to size specifications provided by you at the time of purchase. If you are at all unsure of your size, we are happy to send you a free ring sizing kit with purchase, or you may visit any professional jeweler to obtain an accurate size. You will be able to choose the correct size before your order is made. Due to the limited flexibility of titanium, once your ring has been made, there cannot be any adjustments; therefore no refunds will be made due to customer sizing error. If you have made a mistake and wish to replace your ring with the same design in a new size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will need to return the ring to us in the condition in which it was originally shipped. Once it is received we will be happy to make you a new ring for an additional 35% of the original price.
EVERY ring is made by hand and to order. Because of this, your ring will ship within 7-10 business days of purchase or our receipt of your size conformation.

Are your rings comfort fit?
We carve the interior of our rings in a cross between comfort and standard fit. We call it "contour fit". Much like a traditional comfort fit, the inside edges are significantly rounded. However, with our contour fit, we carve the center of the inside flat. This allows the ring to stay stationary, and keep a lower profile on the finger. This makes it so not only is it comfortable on the inside, it is also comfortable for the surrounding fingers.
