Why is it important to buy handmade?
The majority of titanium companies do one of two things; buy mass produced items from China and re-sell them, or create many items per day by popping a piece of metal into a computerized machine. These very expensive and soulless machines drill and carve while the human does what, takes a nap? Eats lunch? Watches a syndicated episode of CSI? Where's the fun in that? Granted, CSI is pretty entertaining, but that is not what you should be paying for.
Choosing handmade means that the person who is making your ring had to take the time and gain the skill to do it on their own. That extra care and attention to detail makes all the difference in the world. We believe it's important to keep true human craftsmanship alive.
You can be sure that when purchasing a ring from Classic Titanium, it is 100% made-to-order by our hands, for YOU.
Titanium is scratch resistant, right?
Well, no. Titanium is very strong—so strong, in fact, that you could have an elephant in a 4x4 truck run over it and it would likely survive. Please do not go buy an elephant and try to make him drive over your ring. That would be dangerous and elephants are very sensitive creatures. Moral of the story, titanium is extremely strong and durable, arguably the most durable metal you can buy. However, it is not completely resistant to scratches. It will not gouge or lose its shape like softer metals can (silver, gold and platinum), nor will it tarnish. Normal wear and tear can produce light scratches to the ring and, over time, your ring will develop a lovely patina.
Please keep in mind when ordering rings inlaid with precious metals, that gold and silver are much softer than titanium. They are long-lasting and durable, but they may need a gentler touch than titanium alone. We recommend removing your ring before using the wood chipper, assembling that new swing set you bought for your kids, or other activities that you'd consider rough.
What is your shipping/return/refund/exchange policy?
We stand by every ring we make! If you are dissatisfied with your ring for any reason*, we are happy to re-make the ring in the same size free of charge. Just ship the ring back to us, and once we have received it, we will begin making your new piece! Or, if you prefer, we will give you a full refund. In order to receive a refund or re-make, the original ring must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in the condition in which it was originally shipped.
What if I purchase the wrong size?
It's very important to know your correct size before ordering. All rings are precisely made to the size specifications provided by you at the time of purchase. If you are at all unsure of your size, we are happy to send you a free ring sizing kit with purchase, or you may visit any professional jeweler to obtain an accurate size. You will be able to choose the correct size before your order is made. Due to the limited flexibility of titanium, once your ring has been made, there cannot be any adjustments, therefore no exchanges can be accepted due to customer sizing error. If you have made a mistake and wish to replace your ring with the same design in a new size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will need to return the ring to us in the condition in its original condition. Once it has been received we will be happy to make you a new ring at 35% of the original price.
How long will it take to make my ring?
Each and every ring is made by hand and to order. Because of this, your ring will ship within 7-10 business days of purchase, or our receipt of your size confirmation.

Can I place a custom order?
We sure hope so! It should come as no surprise that here at Classic Titanium we like two things very much: making our customers happy and making rings! If you would like to have a custom ring created, we will do our very best to make it happen. Any ring that you see in our store can be made in black, blue, red or white, with silver or gold inlay. We offer platinum inlay for most rings too! If you would like to customize a design to make it your own, or if you have a special request for color/inlay combination, we can do that too!
Can I have a stone set in my ring?
Yes! Some rings can have stones set into them. If you would like to request such a thing, contact us and we will be happy to give you a price quote.
Can I have my ring engraved?
Of course! We are happy to offer free engraving up to 40 characters on any ring.
*Engraving is only offered on the inside of the ring. Sorry, we are unable to do outside engravings.
Are your rings "comfort-fit"?
We carve the interior of our rings in a cross between comfort and standard fit. We call it "contour fit". Much like a traditional "comfort-fit", the inside edges are significantly rounded. However, with our contour fit, we carve the center of the inside flat. This allows the ring to stay stationary, and keep a lower profile on the finger. This makes it so not only is it comfortable on the inside, it is also comfortable for the surrounding fingers.
Please also note the following:
- We do not accept returns on custom orders.
- If you are returning a ring with inlaid gold or platinum there is a 15% restocking fee.
- Diamond rings are not available for return, exchange or refund.
